The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Prohibited Actions

CONTACT AND COMMUNICATIONVisual Reference GuidelinesThe client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy.Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. WORKFLOW PROCESSI work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.Estimated date to completion
If there are any delays in the completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.Completion of most commissions is generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 2 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of order, I will issue a full refund.Works in Progress (WIPS). Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage.I usually don't do sketches, you can check my Instagram to see my speed draws, but if you request I will provideI will send any WIPs to the commissioner through email. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.Revisions and edits
If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape or redrawing parts of the image.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.If you do not want me to post your commission online, please tell meSECTION IV. GRAPHIC DESIGN COMMS1. Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, I own all rights to the artwork(s) completed.
2. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission, If a commission has already been paid for that is then canceled by me, a refund proportionate to the work not yet completed will be issued.
3. You retain the right to use artwork for branding (emotes, banners, panels, profile pictures) but cannot reproduce commercially (merchandise such as apparel, stickers, etc) unless negotiated and agreed to beforehand.
4. You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own and must give due credit when my artwork is shared or displayed.
5. You are not allowed to alter or trace over the artwork for any reason. (i.e., creating additional emotes from the commissioned one without permission) Please ask if you need changes made to the artwork.
6. If you cancel after sketches have been already made, you must compensate 50% of the commission rate.
7. Once the artwork has been lined and/or colored, only minor revisions will be allowed or else you may be charged additional fees.Commissions under $100 must be paid up front before any work is done. Commissions over $100 must be paid at least a half of the total payment up front before any work is done. The rest can be paid at the endNotes
1. All Twitch emotes are digitally drawn for 112px x 112px, therefore if you do plan on using them for other branding or promotional purposes, please talk to me beforehand, so we can adjust to a larger file size.
2. For emote commissions, you will receive 28px x 28px, 56px x 56px, and 112px x 112px files in .png
3. For sub badge commissions, you will receive 18px x 18px, 36px x 36px, and 72px x72px files in .png
4. Twitch cover banner size is 1920 x480px, Stream screens are 1920x1080px. You may include your own existing logo/illustration for me to add (Full res files only)Extra cost for Illustration/logo: anime style vary depending on details, full custom art piece illustration varies depending on details (generally the more detail, the more it costs). Be specific as you can about the colors, themes, font selection, etc. Please include you socials & usernames you want on the banner + inspiration/reference images of the idea you have in mind.
